After 12 years working as freelance animation directors, Susi Wilkinson and Filipe Alcada, of Belzebu Films, re-unite to form the production company Slomo.
A brief history
We met in 1995 studying an MA in animation at the Royal College of Art. In 1999 we established the company Belzebu Films Ltd. with Hotessa Laurence making commercials and music videos (including the award winning videos for Moby and Add n to [X]). In 2001 we joined the animation production company Bermuda Shorts who represented us for commercials and broadcast. Alongside this work we continued our activities as freelancers developing strong relationships with several clients across digital media.
The world of Slomo brings together all our experience under one roof. Slomo encompasses film, advertising, broadcast, interactive animation for the web, illustration, mobile phone graphics and stage productions.
